The Wildest Celeb Birthday Parties Ever

From private island rentals to throwing your own 4-day festival, these parties were on another level...

We all like to make a fuss of ourselves when it's our birthday, don't we?

Now if you're a multi-millionaire super celeb with zero need for budgeting and the ability to point on a map with your eyes closed to choose a destination, birthdays can be even'more'exciting than they already are.

Over the years we've watched in love, awe and just a little bit of jealousy as our faves have thrown themselves wild AF birthday parties that we somehow didn't get invited to.

After watching Kylie Jenner's pink party 21stextravaganza unfold this past week, we're taking a look back at some of the wildest b'day bonanzas ever.

'You only turn 21 once', Paris Hilton most likely toldher dad while explaining why her birthday was costing him legit millions. The ultimate heiress threw five (!) parties in five different time zones (!!) as she flew a bunch of guests around the world to go wild in London, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, New York and - wait for it -Tokyo.'Tokyo'.We're surprised she didn't end it all in Paris, although she was probs exhausted by the end of it. What a time!

We'd think of having the gang round for drinks then going for a dance, or maybe hirea function room if we wanted to go all out for our birthday. Justin Bieber did not. Instead, the pop superstar celebrated his 21st by renting out an entire island. Island! Yes! Of course! He rented a Caribbean isle near Grenada because one house was simply not enough space.

How does Beyoncé spend her birthday, you often wonder? Well, she goes big. For the singer's 35th birthday she had a Soul Train-inspired,70s-themed party in New York City. The glitter-filled bash was attended by P. Diddy, Chance the Rapper, Kelly Rowland, Michelle Williams, Usher and many, many more. C'mon, who would turn down an invite to 'Beyoncé's' birthday? We're still waiting for ours.

Well, well, well. Kris Jenner is the Queen of many things - momaging, reality TV, raising billionaires - and throwing a good 'ole party is just one of them. Everyone knows about her strangely secret andlow-key iconic annual Christmas Eve parties, so it's no surprise that her 60th birthday party was a major event too. She wentGreat Gatsby for the theme and had just about every A-list star in attendance, along with her super famous daughters, duh.

Kate Moss' 40th

Perhaps the most iconic birthday of all - which is saying something given Paris and Bieber's antics above - is Kate Moss' 40th. The icon took inspiration from Glastonbury and invited over 150 guests to her own festival! Can you believe? The four-day (!) event was attended byFlorence Welsh, Nick Grimshaw, Liam Gallagher and - this bit is unbelievably major -'thee'Vivienne Westwood. So. Jealous.

Rihanna's 30th

If anyone knows how to throw a party, it'd beBad Gal Riri. We're sure Rihanna has thrown'many'an iconic birthday party over the years, andher most recent looked just as lit as we'd imagine. The superstar rang in her fourth decade with a super glam black tie ball for her 30th birthday in February of this year, while she had one of her own favourite singers of all time, the legendary Toni Braxton, perform for her. Ugh, one day we'll be there. Positive thoughts!
