Kylie Minogue's management released a statement today, March 8, refuting claims the singer criticised Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera, or announced at a recent gig that she was "bigger than Beyonce".
The statement read: "Kylie is a fan of these artists and would never criticise them Its upsetting for her that people would make such false claims, hurting not only Kylie but other artists as well."
The Daily Express and Daily Star are printing apologies, retracting recent articles that quoted Kylie saying she was "bigger than Beyonce".
In other Kylie news, she debuted at No 5 on Sunday with 'Red Blooded Woman'. Britney's 'Toxic' entered the chart at No 1.
