Kylie Minogue has revealed the artwork for her new single Into the Blue, which will be the first cut to be taken from upcoming twelfth studio album.

The artwork sees the Australian pop star in a revealing gold outfit as she poses in the backless dress with her hair flowing.

The Voice UK coach is set to debut the track on January 27, however an unauthorised version of Into the Blue leaked online yesterday (January 19) on a Spanish Tumblr page, but has since been taken down.

Kylie's new LP will be released under Jay-Z’s Roc Nation record label, with Into the Blue penned byKelly Sheehan (Mary J Blige, Rita Ora, Beyoncé).

Minogue previously said of the song: "Into the Blue is really special to me as it encapsulates a lot of what I've been feeling - I can't wait for it to be out there."

The single has been described by Consequence of Sound as ‘a dancefloor dream’ and features the lyrics: "When I got my back up against the wall, don’t need no one to rescue me/’Cause I ain’t waiting up for no miracle, yeah tonight I’m running free."

Into the Blue is due for release on March 16 and is Kylie’s first offering since Skirt in 2013.
