The pop princess performed an impromptu two songs Locomotion and Cant Get You Out Of My head with the house band.
Film star Sharon Stone acted as auctioneer for luxury lots at the Aids event before dwarfing Kylie on stage while they danced away.
And you might think the most coveted prize at the Cannes film Festival is the Palme Dor due to be awarded on Sunday.
But with George Clooney at the swanky do auctioning off kisses for charity, we know what wed rather win! One woman even paid $350,000 for the pleasure.
Guests paid $2,000 for the entertainment which also included Dita Von Teese performing a Burlesque act on a giant revolving lipstick.
