GaGa, real name Stefani Germanotta, explained to the crowd: "The funny thing is that some people have reduced freedom to a brand. They think that it's trendy now to be free,"
The 24-year old added: "They think it's trendy to be excited about your identity. When in truth, there is nothing trendy about Born This Way."
Despite there being no planned release date for GaGa's disc as of yet, here at MTV we can't wait to hear what Lady G has in store...
