The Paparazzi singer is known for showing her real boobs in see through tops and even setting them on fire, kind of.

But now it seems she may want her chest enhanced. According to reports she told a waitress with fake breasts:

“I love your boobs! Are they real? I really want to get implants too, I love false boobs.”

GaGa was out with her boyfriend Luc Carl in New York at the time and apparently admitted he wasn’t keen on her getting surgically enhanced.

The star reportedly said: “I’m not sure how Luc would feel about me getting my boobs made bigger. He’s into real boobs, so that’s why he adores me so much.”
