Lady GaGa: "Alejandro Video Celebrates Gay Love"

The singer also splashes out on a Rolls Royce for her parents...

Lady GaGa has revealed that the video for her new single Alejandro is a celebration of gay love.
The eccentric singer, who filmed the promo with photographer Steven Klein for her latest Fame Monster release said that the video is about the: "purity of my friendships with my gay friends and how I've been unable to find that with a straight man in my life."

GaGa told The Times: "It's a celebration and an admiration of gay love - it confesses my envy of the courage and bravery they require to be together,"
She added: "In the video I'm pining for the love of my gay friends - but they just don't want me."
Meanwhile, in other GaGa news the Telephone star has splashed out on a Rolls Royce for her parents wedding anniversary.

Her parents, Joseph and Cynthia initially thought the car had been hired before GaGa revealed it was theirs to keep, reducing Papa GaGa to tears.
GaGa stated to the paper: "I bought my parents a car. It's a RollsRoyce. It's black."
She continued: "My dad's very Italian, so I wanted to get him a real Godfather car. I had it delivered on their wedding anniversary."

The extravagant present, which GaGa brought with her personal millions also came with the message 'A car to last like a love like yours'…ahhhh!
