Lady Gaga Back On Stage After Hip Surgery
Lady Gagamade her return to the stage last week after [uuid=a6121f60-715d-4b32-b719-88177c7fb68b]having surgery on her hip[/uuid].
The Bad Romance hitmaker had been suffering from synovitis, a severe inflammation of the joints, and was forced to cancel part of her Born This Way Ball tour earlier this year as a result.
After recently ditching her gold-plated wheelchair, she gave an impromptu performance with jazz singer Brian Newman at the Rose Bar in Gramercy Park Hotel, New York City last Thursday (May 9).

Lady G is said to have performed tune Watch Over Me with Newman and his band.
Newman later tweeted: "Thanks to the 1&only @ladygaga for coming out to @GPHhotel tonight an singing a song!! @tommylondon @angiepontani @mrmartye @thedirtypearls."
Another Twitter user, Alex Smith, later added that Gaga "really made the @BrianNewmanNY band's night!"
