Lady GaGa Faces Judas Plagiarism Claim

A singer/songwriter says the track is similar to her song, Juda…

A Chicago woman is suing Lady GaGa for allegedly plagiarising parts of one of her tracks for Judas.

Rebecca Francescatti filed a copyright claim against the superstar, her record label and Brian Gaynor, Francescatti’s old bass player, who co-wrote seven songs on GaGa’s Born This Way album, including The Edge Of Glory.

On a brighter note, Lady GaGa has released the cover artwork for her next single, You And I, which sees her dressed as her male alter ego, Jo Calderone. The Bad Romance singer is almost unrecognisable with a dark wig and stubble, as she puffs on a cigarette.

Calderone previously made an appearance [uuid=8843c7db-d073-4322-a8f6-35dc18020e61]on the cover of Vogue Hommes Japan last year[/uuid].
