Lady Gaga's Perfect Illusion Video Is Here And It's Everything We Wanted It To Be
Watch it now...
Lady Gaga has released a visceral, pace-y new music video for ‘Perfect Illusion’. Are you a Little Monster? Or someone who likes new things? Then check it out below.
Gaga is shown dancing with Mark Ronson, BloodPop and Tame Impala’s Kevin Parker (who both co-produced the track) in a video that’s shot in Jason Bourne-esque shake-y camera style (did Paul Greengrass direct this video?*) It's a fast video that's packed with energy. Gaga might be five albums in, but it looks like she's having more fun than ever.
Elsewhere in the exhilarating clip, Gaga rages across the desert in a Jeep (before promptly leaping out to have a roll around in the sand), and then sets off to a floodlit, sweaty Lady Gaga gig. Which sounds like a pretty great day out if you ask us. If you weren't shooting the new 'Born This Way' singer's new video, when would you have the opportunity to go a gig in a desert and roll around in the sand? Never. That's the answer you're looking for. Because this kind of stuff never happens in 'normal' people's lives.
