Lady GaGa Scraps Target Partnership
Lady GaGa has reportedly axed her partnership with US retailer Target, over its controversial policies regarding their views on homosexuality.
As we previously reported, GaGa was due to release a limited edition version of her new track Born This Way via Target if they agreed to increase their support of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) groups, with proceeds of the record going to gay rights charities.
However, allegations have now suggested that the Telephone hitmaker has "pulled out" of the deal, after Target refused to promise that they wouldn't back anti-gay political candidates and groups in the future.
A rep for Lady G said in a statement to E! Online: "Lady Gaga and Target came to a mutual decision to end their overall exclusive partnership a few weeks ago."
GaGa, real name Stefani Germanotta, previously confessed that she "struggled" to strike a deal with Target, confessing to Billboard.com that the discussion was "one of the most intense conversations" she had ever had.

In other Lady G news, the eccentric singer has been spotted in Toronto, Canada, donning yet another bizarre outfit.
The 24-year old was snapped leaving her hotel after a photo-shoot with photographer Terry Richardson, wearing only a bondage-style bra, knickers and fishnet tights, while sporting a new drastic black and blonde hair-do.
