Lady GaGa Slams Weight Critics: "I'm Proud At Any Size"
Star says boyfriend Taylor Kinney prefers her with curves...
Lady GaGa has once again slammed those who have criticised her weight, posting a series of underwear snaps online to prove she's "proud at any size."
The You And I singer, who is currently on the road as part of her Born This Way Ball tour, uploaded pictures of herself posing in yellow underwear on her Little Monsters social-networking site under the title 'A Body Revolution 2013.'
She accompanied the images with the comment: "Bulimia and anorexia since I was 15. But today I join the BODY REVOLUTION. To inspire Bravery and BREED some m$therf**king COMPASSION (sic)."
GaGa then went on to thank her fans for their support, stating: "My weight/loss/gain since I was a child has tormented me. No amount of help has ever healed my pain about it. But you have.
"My boyfriend [Taylor Kinney] prefers me curvier, when I eat and am healthy and not so worried about my looks, I'm happy. Happier then I've ever been. I am not going to go on a psycho-spree because of scrutiny.
"This is who I am. And I am proud at any size. And I love you, and want you to be proud in any form you may take as well."
Earlier this week, the 26-year old hit out at the criticism of her body, declaring that "society is ugly", adding: "Thank[s] to my fans who love me no matter what, and know the meaning of real beauty&compassion. I really love you."
Lady G previously admitted that she has put on a weight - blaming her dad's Italian restaurant in New York.
