Lady GaGa Sued For $380k By Former Assistant

Star says ex-PA's lawsuit is 'completely without merit'...

A woman who worked as pop star Lady GaGa's personal assistant for more than a year has filed a lawsuit claiming that she is owed for 7,168 hours of unpaid work.
Jennifer O'Neill, 41, has claimed that she had to cater to GaGa's "unreasonable" demands around the clock.
She claims that her duties included "ensuring the promptness of a towel following a shower and serving as a personal alarm clock to keep [GaGa] on schedule".
Paid $75k a year, she claims that she was expected to be available from GaGa's "earliest waking hour" or for "spontaneous, random matters in the middle of the night".
She also alleges that she was not given enough time for meal breaks "or at times even sleep".
A spokesman for GaGa, 25, whose real name is Stefani Germanotta has claimed that the lawsuit is "completely without merit".
GaGa yesterday released a free and previously unheard track called Stuck On F**kin You to her fans as a Christmas pressie.
