Lady GaGa's Mother Joins Her On Tour
Cynthia Germanotta is apparently looking after the star on the road...
Lady GaGa's mother has reportedly joined the eccentric singer on her Monster Ball tour to ensure the 25-year old doesn't go off the rails.
According to The Sun, Cynthia Germanotta is "determined" to keep her daughter's wild lifestyle in check, after the Born This Way star previously collapsed on the road last year.
It is thought that Lady G's mum will stay on her tour bus and make sure that she stays healthy between shows.
A 'friend' of GaGa's told the tabloid: "She may be one of the biggest, and strangest, pop stars in the world but her relationship with her parents is very traditional."
"She is from a typical loving Italian-American background and her family have normal parental concerns."
They added: "Her mum thinks she drinks too much and doesn't eat enough. She has gone along to keep an eye on her boozing and feed her up."
Cynthia was seen watching the Bad Romance star from her tour bus in San Diego, California, after intervening when Lady G claimed she was on the "drunk-diet", which saw the star drinking whiskey all night and not eating.
In other GaGa news, the songstress has tweeted that she has started directing the video for her new single, Judas.
Speaking on Twitter, Lady G posted: "Directing JudasVideo with my sister @boomkack is the most exciting artistic moment of my career. It's the greatest work we've done."
We can't wait to see it...
