From Lady Gaga taking over the world, to MTV EMA performers andNiall Horan and Shawn Mendes making dreams come true, it's all been happening!

Don’t worry if you’ve been out of the loop, we’re here to get you bang up to date with all the music news you might have missed this week.

We Announced More 2016 MTV EMA Performers

It’s been a massive week for MTV EMA news as we announced many more performers and presenters ahead of next week’s big event in Rotterdam.

First we announced that the world’s no. 1 DJ (according to DJ Mag) is coming to the 2016 MTV EMA for a special live performance. Yes, that’s right, the one and only Martin Garrix will be dropping beats all over the EMA stage and we’re beyond excited. As well as this, we've got Afrojack coming to join the party as well!

We alsoannounced that Kings Of Leon will be doing not one, but two performances over the course of the 2016 MTV EMA weekend. First the band are headlining the EMA World Stage on Saturday 5th November, followed by their performance at the big show on Sunday 6th November. You don’t wanna miss it.

Shawn Mendes CONFIRMS Niall Horan Collaboration & Makes All Of Our Dreams Come True

Yes, you read that right. It’s really happening. Shawn Mendes has confirmed that he will be collaborating with Niall Horan.

Speaking to Roman Kemp on Capital’s Evening Show last night, Shawn said that the collaboration would “definitely” be happening when the pair get time.

Lady Gaga Continues To Takeover The World With ‘Joanne’Including Her Hilarious Carpool Karaoke

In case you’ve been living under a rock for the last couple of weeks, a little thing called ‘Lady Gaga’s new album’ has been very much happening all around the world.

Not only did she join James Corden in his ride to work for Carpool Karaoke (which is THE BEST ONE YET), she actually high-jacked his show and joined the resident band for the night. AMAZING, right?

She’s also been commenting on those pesky Glastonbury rumours, but all the while keeping pretty tight-lipped on the whole thing, saying: “Glaaaastonbury! I don’t have permission to say anything about that.”

Spotify’s 25 Most Influential Artists Under 25 List Has Been Revealed

Shawn Mendes, Ariana Grande and Chance The Rapper are all among the most influential under 25-year-olds in the whole world right now, and that’s pretty impressive if you ask us.
