Star addresses her miserable persona, THAT Guardian interview and more with the music mag...
Lana Del Rey cuddles up to a cat on the front cover of Rolling Stone magazine, revealing that sometimes, she feels "f**king crazy".
In her accompanying interview with the music publication, the Summertime Sadness singer acknowledges that despite her reputation, she's not always miserable.
Del Rey explains: "Well, I feel f**king crazy but I don't think I am. People make me feel crazy."
The 28-year old also addressed the controversy surrounding her recent interview with The Guardian, where the newspaper quoted her as saying: "I wish I was dead already."
After blaming "sinister journalists" for asking leading questions, Lana poked fun at herself, stating: "I find that most people I meet figure I kind of want to kill myself anyway. So, it comes up every time."
As for the heartfelt lyrics in her music, the songstress added: "I just don't want (listeners) to hear it at all."I'm very selfish. I make everything for me, kind of. I mean, every little thing, down to the guitar and the drums. It's just for me... I don't want them to hear it and think about it. It's none of their business!"
Lana's issue of Rolling Stone is out this Friday, July 18.
