Lana Del Rey has teased her forthcoming album Ultra Violence, calling it "so dark it's almost unlistenable".
The Born To Die singer made the revelation during a Twitter Q&A with fans - confirming that she has completed the recording process.
When quizzed about her new LP, Lana replied: "The record is finished and it's beautiful.
"And don't worry you will love Ultra - it's so wrong and exquisite."
The US songstress added: "It is absolutely gorgeous - darker then the first - so dark it's almost unlistenable and wrong. But I love it. X".
Del Rey's new album title is thought to be a reference to the book and movie A Clockwork Orange, with the star confirming its name at the premiere of her short film, Tropico last month.
Lana also hit the headlines this week after premiering her cover of the Sleeping Beauty song, Once Upon A Dream, which is due to feature in Angelina Jolie's new Disney flick, Maleficent.
