Lawson: The Saturdays' Mollie Will Love Our Album

EXCLUSIVE! Andy Brown reveals his ex-girlfriend ordered a copy...

Lawsonsinger The Saturdays singer for two years, has made no secret that King is the inspiration [uuid=536abfc7-ea03-4ac4-a94a-1d3ce7ff03de]behind some of the songs[/uuid] on Lawson's debut LP Chapman Square, confessing the blonde has already ordered the collection.
When asked if Mollie has heard the record yet, Andy told us: "I think she actually did pre-order it. She sent me a text saying she’s ordered it.

"We are great friends now so I think she’s gonna love the album. She’s heard the singles and she loves them. She sent me a text saying she loves Standing In The Dark."
Speaking of whether he thinks the heartfelt tunes on the album will strike a chord with Mollie, Andy added: "Hopefully it’ll strike a chord with everyone, as everyone has been heartbroken."
Bandmate Adam Pitts agreed: "Guys can kind of strike a chord with it as they can go ‘I’ve felt how they’re feeling’ and girls can kind of be like ‘I wish someone was singing that about me'."
Andy continued: "One of the best complements I ever got was from a best mate at home who doesn’t know anything about music really.

"When She Was Mine came out, he was like ‘mate, I feel like that.’ That was like the best thing he ever could have said to me.
"It’s nice to know you are relating to guys your age who are experiencing the same sort of things. It’s the best kind of complement you can get."
As for why the lads decided to call their first LP Chapman Square, Brown went on to explain: "It’s where I used to live and it’s where we first met as a band, where we first used to practice and where we wrote songs and where we did our very first YouTube video.
"It’s where the guys used to crash over when they were in London and it's also where I lived with an ex-girlfriend, who a lot of the songs are about. So there are a lot of happy memories there but also a lot of sad ones. "
Describing the LP in three words, Lawson added that 'guitar, meaningful, pop-rock' best sums up their record, with Andy concluding: "It's definitely rocking!"
