LeAnn Rimes Hospitalised, Cancels Dublin Show

31-year old singer has been suffering from a painful cough...

LeAnn Rimeshas cancelled a show in Dublin due to an "intense" cough and viral infection.
The singer was due to perform at the Vicar Street venue last night (September 12) but was taken to hospital.
She took to Twitter to tell her fans that she could no longer cope with the pain, writing: "Never thought I'd see the ER in Dublin.
"I have coughed myself into pain. The spasm is intense. Being human sucks sometimes."
The country star - famous for hits including How Do I Live (Without You) and Can’t Fight The Moonlight - also thanked her “understanding, loving fans here in Ireland.”
Rimes is believed to be recovering and in vocal rest following advice from doctors.
LeAnn's rep has since stated to E! Online that her illness is due to a viral infection that the 31-year old has been struggling with for the past two weeks.
Despite her illness, the US songstress was praised for her energetic show in Belfast earlier this week (September 10).
