Lewis Hamilton has been crowned BBC Sports Personality of the Year 2014.
By doing so, L-Ham has become the fourth Briton to have won the drivers' championship at least twice, with the voting public picking his achievement above golfer Rory McIlroy and athlete Jo Pavey, who came second and third respectively.
Accepting his trophy, the 29-year old stated: "I was sitting there saying Rory's going to have it. I thought it had to be someone else.
"I want to say a huge thank you to all the people who called in, I really wasn't expecting it."
He added: "I am so speechless. I'm so proud and honoured to be among such great sporting talent."
Hamilton received 209,920 of the 620,932 votes cast, and arrived at the SSE Hydro in Glasgow with his dog Roscoe.
We're assuming Scherzy was busy playing Grizabella in West End musical Cats so was unable to attend.
