But first check out what happened when we had a reading with the Kardashian's fave medium...

What is the history of crystal healing?

Crystals are part of the earth’s geology and history and are formed over millions of years.

Some crystals are product of meteorite collisions and come from outer space. Such as the impact millions of years ago in central Europe. This crystal is called Moldovite and is known to have intense vibration energies and is one of the most powerful. The use of crystals has been around for thousands of years, with evidence that some crystals were used in shields during the Roman times for extra strength and protection.”

Ancient Egyptians used greens and blue hues of certain crystals to create primitive eye shadows and cosmetics, which had healing properties and The South Asia used crystals and their energies to help re-align emotional and physical imbalances in the body, especially in India through Ayurvedic means.

Over the last 50 years, the popularity has grown steadily, with newer crystals being found deeper underground, due to the advances in location and excavation methods. And no doubt more will be located as time goes on.

What are they used for?

They are used to re-balance your energy field, with the vibrations helping to re-align your chakras. This also has further benefits by improving areas of ones’ health. I use them to: bring about calmness and help to relax, reduce stress, ease tension, help with sleep, help with meditation and help you to get grounded. I have found that these benefits can positively affect one’s emotional health, mental health, physical health and spirituality. They have an aesthetic appeal, as they are from the same family as diamonds, sapphires and other precious stones so their look and sparkle does wonders for the mind.

How do they work?

There is a science behind crystals called minerology, and exactly how they work at an energy and molecular level is still being discovered. All crystals have natural energy and omit vibrations which don’t change and the frequencies of these vibrations stay the same. These vibrations resonate with livings things; plants, animals and humans. And as we are made up of cells and energy, subtle vibrations and energies coming from these crystals can have a positive effect on the human body. During my healing sessions, I help direct these vibrations to target the seven chakras (energy points) across the body.

When I perform crystal healing, I combine this with other skills and techniques which further intensifies the energy to help the seven points heal. The crystals work with our energy field, so where there is a low frequency energy field in somebody, bringing a high energy crystal into their field will help boost and balance their energies, making them feel lifted, calmer, better and even happier.

What does a session entail?

A whole healing session with me can take up to two hours, depending on the person. No two individuals are the same, so there is no fixed time per-say. I have a consultation so I can understand the client, their needs and their lifestyle. Through-out consultation I will use my skills to pick up on their energy, their aura and other insights that I may need to know. The client will then lay down on a therapy bed (fully clothed) and I perform a guided meditation. process is important as its puts them at ease and into the best state to receive healing.

I scan their energy fields and chakras to further identify blockages and issues, then select and use the appropriate crystals on or around the client. I will also use my other skills to enhance the energy and vibrations. FYI, I have an extensive collection of crystals that I use. Towards the end, I will perform the close-down procedure and close the chakras. The final stage involves analysis and discussion on what I picked up on and recommendation of next steps in their healing journey.

Do they work on everyone?

Yes, because we all have our own energy field, we all have cells, energy and matter that crystals vibrate with. Some people can easily detect and ‘feel’ the vibrations and energies coming from crystals. But for those who may struggle, you can teach yourself how to connect with the energies and become better at picking up on crystals energies.
