Anyone who’s already rushed out to see Deadpool, or has even seen just a few seconds of the trailers, knows one thing - Deadpool doesn’t sugar-coat ANYTHING.

His unconventional superhero antics don’t stop at swearing, violence and just general bad manners. He’s also brilliantly candid when it comes to the important stuff too, namely – touching yourself.

At first, TwentiethCentury Fox and Deadpool’s #TouchYourselfTonight campaign might seem like it’s encouraging you to enjoy the film in a whole new way. And we’re v happy to report it is – because it’s actually promoting a great message; “touching yourself could also save your life”.

The campaign uses Deadpool’s unique sense of humour, and love of telling it exactly like it is, to raise awareness about the importance of checking for both testicular and breast cancer by simply ‘touching yourself’. And if you watch the film, you’ll know exactly why Deadpool feels so strongly about this.

Joining up with Ballboys, a UK testicular cancer awareness and education charity, Deadpool has featured in a series of hilarious and educational videos explaining how best to check you’re all healthy in your sexy parts – in his own words, “mmm, stimulating”.
