This Paris Survivor's Poignant Facebook Post Will Give You A New Appreciation For Life

“You never think it will happen to you.”

On Friday night (November 13), Paris was rocked by multiple attacks throughout its city.

But in all of the tragedy, one 22-year-old currently living in Paris has possibly provided the most poignant insight into the horrifying events after posting her story on Facebook.

Isobel Bowdery shared an image of her bloodstained top, the top she wore to the Bataclan music venue where over 80 people were killed after two gunmen opened fire on the crowd.

Describing the attack, Isabel explains that at first, people assumed the commotion was part of the show. She then had to pretend she was dead for over an hour.
