C.E.O of Birdman(Baby), is looking after Lil Wayneis in prison. He’s helping them keep strong in the rap music game until Weezy returns from histemporary leave. The rap mogul certainly has a lot of experience with running a family business, but he claims that Weezy’s absence has left a void felt by the whole crew.

Baby told VIBE Magazine: “It's a big difference now without [Lil Wayne] but we doing what we gotta do. He'll be home in a minute. You can't ever replace him. We do as much as we can without him and we just waiting for him to come home.

“I would probably be one of the happiest men on Earth the day that my son comes home. That's the biggest excitement for all of us as Young Money/Cash Money and as our families is the day Wayne come home.”
