P Diddy reportedly paid a surprise visit to rapper Lil Wayne in prison last week.

According to the New York Daily News the actor/ rapper/ label boss spent an hour chatting to the inmate at Rikers Island prison last Wednesday.

It’s also claimed Diddy chose not to be chauffeur driven to the jail but instead took the public shuttle bus.

Weezy- real name Dwayne Carter- was sentenced to a year in prison after admitting a gun possession charge that stemmed from 2007.

The rapper is allowed to see two visitors a week at the facility near New York from a pre-approved list.
