Lil Wayne Escapes Unharmed After Gun Shots Are Fired At His Tour Bus
Lil Wayne has had a lucky escape after his tour buses were shot at in the early hours of Sunday (April 26) morning.
After performing at a club in Atlanta on the Saturday night, police were called to his hotel when ‘multiple shots’ were fired at both buses, containing 'a dozen or so' passengers.
Luckily, no one was injured in the late night attack but according to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, police spokesperson Elizabeth Espy revealed, “witnesses could only provide a limited description of the suspect vehicles.”
She added: “They were described as two white vehicles, possibly a Corvette-style vehicle and an SUV.”
As of Sunday morning, there are allegedly ‘no known suspects’ to who carried out the attack.
Last month, a SWAT team was called to Lil Wayne’s home in Miami after a 911 call claimed four people had been shot on his property, but it was later found to be an elaborate hoax.
While Wayne hasn’t spoken out about the incident, his scheduled appearance at a club in Louisville, Kentucky still went ahead on Sunday night.
