Lil Wayne will have to settle a $1.13 million tax bill when he gets out of jail, it’s claimed.

The Detroit Free Press reports that the US Internal Revenue Service have officially ordered the star to pay the amount in Florida court documents.

Weezy apparently owed tax from 2004, 2005 and 2007. He previously settled a $977,000 bill in 2008.

The Lollipop star is currently in Rikers Island prison in New York and is expected to be released in November this year.

He has been serving a year-long sentence for possession of a gun and was also recently given three years probation on drugs charges.

Weezy is expected to release a new EP on his birthday in September.
