Lil’ Wayne Sells Over 1 Million

Lil Wayne has sold over 1 million copies of his hotly anticipated Tha Carter III album in the US in just a week. The rapper is the first artist since 50 Cent to go over the million mark in 7 days in the American album chart. Weezys LP has been a long time coming after recording delays and tracks leaking on the web. In 2007 MTV named him the hottest MC in the game and hes featured on tracks by Jay Z, Kanye West and Wyclef Jean.
