Lil Wayne has been forced to push back the release date of his eagerly anticipated LP, Tha Carter IV, for a second time.
Weezy's album, which was originally due to hit stores on 16th May, has already been delayed once and was supposed to be unveiled this month.
However, Tha Carter IV has now been given a release date of 29th August to allow the 6 Foot, 7 Foot star more time to perfect the record.
Speaking of Wayne's LP, Young Money president, Mack Maine, told out US Team: "He's still perfecting a few things, he's a perfectionist ... changing a few lines,"
He added: "If you calculate all of that, by the time we would've finished mixing, we wouldn't have met the [original] due date to turn in the album."
The 28-year old previously revealed that his new single, How To Love, gives him "goose bumps", explaining that the track shows he is much more than just a rapper.
