Lily Allen Doesn't Care About Winning BRIT Award?

The controversial pop singer seems to think they're rigged...

Lily Allen recently said in an interview that winning a BRIT award meant "absolutely nothing" to her. The pop singer won the award for Best Female Solo Artist in February 2010, which was something that she described as a "perfect goodbye" after claiming that she was to quit music. (Yeah right!)

But Lily seems to think that the show is a set up put together by label bosses, and that the gong is worth nothing in her eyes.

Lily told New: "I got a Brit Award recently. And that was something four years ago that I would have died for. But when I finally got that award it meant absolutely nothing to me.

"Because I now know that the Brit Awards is a TV show. Record company executives make deals with a TV channel and the producers about who wins what award in exchange for performance time. So it's just become a non-award, like 'Thank you for this'."
