Lily Allen is apparently taking a leaf out of Robin Thicke's book for her musical comeback, hiring six naked dancers for her new video.
According to The Sun, Lily's new promo for single Hard Out Here - which she is said to have shot last week - features nudity and twerking, poking fun at Miley Cyrus and Rihanna.
A source told the newspaper: "Lily’s back with a bang. Her plans have been closely guarded until now but she’ll release a single before most people expected.
“Hard Out Here is a big pop single and her team expect it to be a massive hit — so Lily wanted a video that makes a statement."
They continued: “She hired six bikini-clad female dancers to twerk while pouring champagne over their bodies. It’s a jab at music videos made by pop stars like Rihanna and Miley Cyrus.
“Lily stays covered up while the under-dressed girls dance around her. It’s a video that will get a lot of people talking and announce in a big way that Lily’s back.”
The track - which is due for release by the end of this year - is also said to include the line: “It’s hard out here for a b****", in the chorus.
Hard Out Here is Allen's first solo single in more than three years, with The Sun adding that she's worked with collaborator Greg Kurstin and Naughty Boy on her third LP.
Having already teamed-up with Pink on song True Love, Lily also features on Robbie Williams' new swing album and will apparently perform this year's John Lewis Christmas advert soundtrack.
