Lily Allen has gone straight in at the top of the Official UK Albums Chart with her new long player Sheezus.

The 29-year-old pop star has ended Paolo Nutini's three-week reign in the chart, knocking his Caustic Love down to No 3.

Meanwhile Gary Barlow's Since I Saw You Last rose 36 places back up the chart in the wake of a TV interview with James Corden which was screened last week - settling at No 2.

Paloma Faith's A Perfect Contradiction was a non-mover at No 4 and southern US rockers Black Stone Cherry's Magic Mountain was a new entry at No 5.

Over in the Official UK Singles Chart, Mr Probz returned to the No 1 spot with Waves (Robin Schulz remix) - while last week's No 1 - Summer by Calvin Harris - slipped one spot.

Kiesza's Hideaway was a non-mover at No 3 and John Legend's All Of Me rose one spot to No 4.

Sigma's Nobody To Love fell one place to round out the top five.
