Lily: Kids Should Listen To My Album
Ms Allens heard Jamelias ordered a clean copy of her album for her daughter and aint impressed
Last week Jamelia announced she'd asked her record company to produce a clean version of Lily Allens album, Alright Still for her daughter Teja.
Its one of the perks of the job, the Brummie songstress said - but Ms Allen is a little bemused by her label mates request.
Talking to MTV.co.uk the singer laughed, Maybe she should pay for that to get done herself. Its not coming out of my expenses!
So if she had kids herself would she let them listen to her album?
Yeh, definitely, Lily told us. I think the more you shelter your children from that kind of stuff the more they're curious about it.
Its the same with drugs, alcohol, cigarettes, the more you say, No, the more they think, Maybe I should try some. I think, just be honest with them from the start.
As we reported yesterday one family who wont be playing Lilys album at home " clean version or not " are the Beckhams.
David refused to accept a copy of the disc from Chris Moyles on his Radio 1 show earlier this week saying it was because Lily had dissed his missus.
But Lily told us, I havent got a problem with Victoria, I just think she's too skinny.
