Lily Allen has revealed how a heart murmur forced her to drop two dress sizes recently.

The singer told 'Grazia' shes had to hit the gym and eat healthily because of the health scare.

Lily said: I found out I had a heart murmur about three months ago. This was really quite scary.

I make sure I work out three times a week now. I used to love nothing more than sitting in front of the telly with two packets of ginger nuts!

Allen- who the mag says lost 19lbs in six weeks- continued: I just like being more toned, it has made me really happy. Though she added- I dont understand people who are crazy thin.
