JailbirdLindsay Lohan reportedly wants to spend some time with her family before she starts a three month stint in rehab.
LiLo, who has been visited in prison by her mother Dina and little sister Ali since she began her 90 day jail term last week is hoping that when she is released from behind bars she can go home before checking into rehab.
The Mean Girls actress' lawyer Shawn Chapman has revealed: "She’s a little upset right now. She'd like to spend some time with her family, and there’s at least some question as to whether or not she’ll have to go directly to rehab."
She added: "I think it would only be fair for her to spend some time with her family and that’s what she’d like for me to emphasise to judge."
Lohan, who is expected to remain in custody until August has also reportedly been allowed to keep her hair extensions in jail, despite claims she was ordered to remove them.
LiLo was not meant to receive any special treatment in prison but reports suggest that jail staff could not remove the fake hair because the were sewn in close to her scalp.
