LiLo checked into rehab three times last year, cancelling her 21st birthday bash for one of her visits.

Last week, Lindsay had to be rushed to hospital following an asthma attack but made efforts to disguise the trip in order to avoid rumours from the press about her health.

Dina Lohan, Lindsays mother, told People magazine that the situation is getting out of control If you were sick, and your mother couldn't even take you to a hospital because paparazzi will fabricate some story, you know, it's sad. It's really sad.
