Lindsay Lohan has denied reports that she has a new girlfriend.
The Samantha Ronson but endured a messy break-up with the DJ last year has since insisted that she is 'happy being single.'
Meanwhile, Lindsay is due in court tomorrow and could be sent to jail for violating terms of her probation whilst under arrest for a DUI offence way back in 2007.
Her father, Michael Lohan has now claimed that his daughter would rather go to jail than rehab stating: "Lindsay doesn't need to go through the jail process. She thinks that three days in jail is better than 60 days in rehab and she's sadly mistaken."
He added: "Lindsay doesn't realise how horrible it is to be in jail for one, two, three days or longer. It's something that would stick with her for the rest of her life and she doesn't need any more torment."
