Lindsay Lohan: “I’ll Harass Tina Fey To Write An Older ‘Mean Girls’”

As she prepares to make her West End debut in ‘Speed-The-Plow’, LiLo is still into the idea of making a new ‘Mean Girls’ movie…

Lindsay Lohan has reignited our hopes of a Mean Girls reunion by telling Time Out London, “I’ll harass Tina [Fey] to write it.” Needless to say, we’re so excited that we had to ask our desk mate how to spell ‘orange’, because our brain is totally consumed by this news.

Speaking to journalist Andrzej Lukowski ahead of her West End debut in David Mamet play ‘Speed-The-Plow’ this Wednesday night, Lindsay said, “I was with Tina Fey [‘Mean Girls’ writer] the other day and I said we should do another ‘Mean Girls’, like an older version where they’re all housewives and they’re all cheating. That would be really funny.”

Serious lolz, Lindsay, and perhaps a prediction of your own future if your five-year plan is anything to go by?

“In five years I would like to be married and have children, and hopefully be at the Oscars, but that’s as far as it goes for now,” said LiLo. Seems pretty far to us – we haven’t even decided what we’re having for lunch yet.

‘Speed-The-Plow’ is at London’s Playhouse Theatre from September 24th until November 29th 2014.
