Lindsay Lohan Off The Wagon?

Lindsay Lohan was in rehab 3 separate times last year but that doesnt seem to have been enough to persuade the star to clean up her act.

According to reports in People Magazine, Lohan was out in a New York City club on Saturday night and was seen smoking and knocking back a range of alcoholic cocktails. The actress was out in support of friend Samantha Ronson who was DJing at the nightclub and was reportedly seen dancing to songs including 4 Minutes and Crank That before leaving at 4.15am.

The troubled starlet had claimed to be getting her act together after a history of multiple DUI offences and rumoured drug abuse. But these new reports suggest she is not as clean as she would like people to believe.
