Lindsay Lohan Sued By Photographer
Plus, LiLo also reportedly owes almost £100k in unpaid taxes...
Troubled actressLindsay Lohan has been sued by a snapper who claims to have been hit by her car.
According to TMZ, Grigor Balyan has alleged that LiLo's assistant clipped him with the vehicle when he was trying to take Lindsay's picture back in January 2010 - with the accident meaning he had to be treated for orthopaedic and neurologic injuries.
In his lawsuit, Balyan is thought to have named Lohan, her driver Paola Demara and management company Tri Star Sports and Entertainment as the defendants, citing he wants "reasonable compensation" for his health woes.
He states that the Mean Girls star "so negligently, carelessly, and recklessly operated, maintained, repaired, owned, and controlled their automobile so as to cause an accident which resulted in personal injuries and property damage to Plaintiff."
The photographer decided to launch the suit against Lindsay after receiving "an insignificant offer" from the 25-year old's insurance company.
In other Lindsay Lohan news, it has also been reported that she owes nearly $100,000 in unpaid federal taxes.
TMZ claims that the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has obtained a lien against the star for the amount of $93, 701. 57 - which she apparently failed to file back in 2009.
The Playboy cover star will have to repay the full amount or face having her car, home and bank account seized by the government.
Reps for LiLo are yet to comment on the reports.
