Lindsay Lohan 'Suing Over Grand Theft Auto Character'
Troubled actress takes legal action over her likeness allegedly being used in GTA V...
The wayward star claims that fictional celeb Lacey Jonas, who was featured on promotional material for the game as well as in play, is a thinly disguised version of herself.
And she wants the companies to pay up for trading on her likeness.
The New York Post reports that papers filed by her legal team state that the "game features a mission where the plaintiff's look-alike asks another character to take her home and escape the paparazzi".
And it is also claimed that the character has the similar "likeness, clothing, outfits, clothing line products, ensemble in the form of hats, hair style, sunglasses and jean shorts" to Li-Lo's look "before the release of the GTA V video game".
Take-Two (which owns Rockstar) stated: "It is our company policy not to comment on legal matters."
