The Warrant was issued late last week after claims that Lohan had violated the parole terms that are in place for drugs and drink driving offences from 2007.

The actress spent 84 hours in jail, completed community service and signed up for the rehabilitation program after pleading guilty to two counts of being under the influence of cocaine and no contest to drink driving and reckless driving.

The 22 year-old's lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley explained to the court that his client had switched treatment programs which caused the confusion.

In response, Judge Revel said in future Lohan should provide documentation in advance to avoid complications.
