Lindsay Lohan Wins $150k In Clothing Lawsuit
And actress celebrates with selfie-strewn trip to Cannes Film Festival...
Lindsay Lohan is to pocket $150k in damages from a clothing company after the settlement of a case concerning alleged unpaid royalties.
The 27-year-old star had been in dispute with 6126 over a line of leggings which she had been contracted to promote. She had claimed to be owed $1.1m.
RadarOnline reports a court document saying that: "Agreement is reached for resolution of all claims among parties. Payment to be made by Defendants to Plaintiff in the sum of $150,000. Documentation to be completed and stipulation for dismissal filed within thirty days."
The company had counter-sued Lohan for allegedly failing to promote the leggings effectively, but the settlement was made in her favour.
And she might have started spending the proceeds already, because she's embarked on a trip to the Cannes Film Festival by private jet - and has been keeping her followers on Instagram updated with a string of selfies.
Swish hotels, helicopters and vintage cars all feature in the star's sun-soaked snaps - along with what could be a topless pic with a male friend (it's cut off at her cleavage).
