Lindsay Lohan's Probation Revoked In LA
The Mean Girls actress was handcuffed as she left court...
Lindsay Lohancould find herself behind bars again after having her probation revoked by Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner.
The troubled actress is said to have failed to finish 360 hours of community service at Downtown Women's Centre, after it was alleged she stole a necklace from a jewellery store back in January.
LiLo instead completed her community service at the American Red Cross, with Sautner stating her time helping the charity wouldn't count towards her service, as it was not part of her original sentence.
The judge claimed: "No-one has the power to change my sentence. Not the volunteer centre and not probation. She is not getting credit for any time at the American Red Cross."
The Mean Girls star was then led out of the courtroom in handcuffs, with reports suggesting she has been released on bail for $100,000.
Lohan will now have to wait until 2nd November to learn her fate, when the 25-year old is due back for a probation violation hearing to decide if she has to return to prison.
