Watch out Vegas because hard partying actress Lindsay Lohan has big plans for her 21st birthday.

Lohans given an interview in the US saying when shes old enough to go into clubs she will milk it.

"Its been a long time coming," said the Mean Girls star. Er, yeah Linds like 21 years! She added that she will party in Las Vegas and have a meal in Malibu to celebrate her birthday.
