Lindsay Lohan has a new boyfriend called Riley Giles and shes been seen wearing a ring on her finger while out with him.

The photos are bound to start speculation that the actress is engaged to the 25-year-old snowboarder from California.

LiLo got out of rehab last weekend and has stayed around the Utah area to spend time with her new man.

In her first interview since her release she told 'In Touch Weekly' about the relationship: Yes, I am seeing someone. His name is Riley, I am really happy and taking it day by day.

Of her drink and drug problems Lindsay told the mag: Going out all the time was very self-destructive. Partying and having all of those pictures taken distracts from the work that I do.

It's not why I started acting. I didn't get into acting to be written about. I want to act like a woman rather than a teenager. I am doing the best I can.
