The Mean Girls star was caught by cops after hitting a kerb with her flash Mercedes car.

Police also found a small amount of what they think is party drug cocaine in the vehicle.

Lohan spent time in rehab last year and has also attended Alcholics Anonymous.

Now the caner, who appeared in Freaky Friday, could find herself joining fellow LA It Girl Paris Hilton in prison.
