‘It’s Double Standards!’ Jade Thirlwall Hits Back At Critics Who Call Little Mix ‘Strippers’
You may have noticed that Little Mix have come under a fair amount of scrutiny for their on-stage outfits recently, with some trolls even branding them ‘strippers’.
How rude!
And it looks like Jade Thirlwall has had enough of all the criticism, pointing out that there are plenty of male pop stars who get their kits off all the time.
Speaking on This Morning, Jade ranted: “It’s a bit double standards, you always see lads with their tops off and everyone congratulates them and woos them, and we get a bit of thigh out and it’s a bit of an issue!”
Continuing about the outfits the band wore while performing new single, Shout Out To My Ex on The X Factor, Jade explained that they were more than happy with what they were wearing.
She said: “We were really comfortable in our outfits and we loved what we wore, so that’s all that matters.”
And Jade isn’t the only one to kick up a stink about the constant criticism.
In a defiant Instagram post, Perrie Edwards uploaded a video of herself shaking her behind. YOU GO, GIRL.
