Little Mix's Advice To Their Younger Selves Couldn't Be More Perfect

"Stop worrying." Such a concept.

It’s reallyjust the dawn of Little Mix, as the girl band keep dropping interviews left, right, and centre promoting positivity and acceptance, and we’re just so here for it.

In their latest interview with OK! magazine, the girls – Perrie Edwards, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Jesy Nelson, and Jade Thirlwall – open up about how they managed to become as body confident as they are, all the while dealing with a hell of a lot of criticism

“I’ve learnt that not everyone is going to love and understand you and you just have to be yourself at all times,” Leigh-Anne told the mag when chatting about their 7-year long career. “Be happy with who you are instead of feeling like you’ve got to change.”

When talking about what she’d say to her younger self, the vocalist spilled some tea, saying: “I would say stop worrying about what you look like because nobody cares that much.”

The most relatable part of the interview thoughwas when the girls were asked what they get up to in their downtime, with Jesy hilariously commenting: “I lay around and eat pizza and watch Coronation Street.”

“When I’m not touring and I’m just in my apartment on my own, I tend to just watch Netflix,” Jade said, going on to prove she’s all of us. “I smash through a series in one day and don’t move from the sofa, eating whatever I want!”

Going on to talk about Christmas, Perrie added that she’s excited to be “able to get all of my family together,” with Jesy, like the rest of us, focusingon the food, saying: “I don’t ask for much at Christmas, I just love eating Christmas food!”

The interview was done to promote their fitness collection with USA Pro, so obviously they touched on fitness, but when it comes to giving on advice on how to stay in shape over the festive period, Jade was having none of it.

“I mean, good luck to you, hun!” She said. This is why we stan.
