Little Mix have continued their quest for US success - opening for Demi Lovato on the first night of her Neon Lights tour in Vancouver, Canada.

Ahead of their stint on stage, member Jade Thirlwall told MTV News US: "We've been looking forward to it since we first found out that we were doing it, which was last year.

"We just can't wait to see all the American fans, hopefully gain some more fans, chill out with Demi and Fifth Harmony, just have a really good time."

When asked what fans can expect from their supporting slot, Jesy Nelson revealed: "Lots of dancing. We like to go full on with our dancing, lots of harmonies."

Perrie Edwards then added: "Lots of sass a bit tongue-in-cheek, a bit of everything, a little mix of everything." (Including, apparently, some "hunky men.")

"When you see us, you see four hot men," Leigh-Anne Pinnock said. "They like to call themselves our Mix Men."

And their show didn't disappoint, with one fan taking to Twitter to brand the girls the "most amazing 4 performers", while another added: "Such an impressive and awesome performance."

The Move hitmakers later tweeted: "Omgosh what an amazing show that was!!!!! Thank you so much mixers for trending us worldwide!!!

"Tonight was one of the best shows of my life! Thanks for the support we received, Vancouver n big thanks to @ddlovato for having us! xjadex."
